Georgia is a Paralegal in the Commercial Litigation Team based in our Kettering office.
She graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2022 achieving a First Class Honours in Law before going on to complete both a Masters and Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice.
Georgia directly assists the Head of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Partner, Hayley Mauro, with both general litigation and high-net worth disputes, ranging from breach of contract and building disputes to professional negligence, company and insolvency related litigation and commercial property disputes.
In addition, Georgia deals with residential housing matters at Wilson Browne Solicitors; assisting landlords with difficult tenants, including obtaining possession and the recovery of rent arrears, as well as dealing with a variety of civil and commercial disputes including debt recovery, enforcement action and the preparation of Statutory Demands.
Georgia enjoys working together with clients to achieve a successful outcome in their cases and understands that communication is key when providing a friendly, professional and cost effective service.
