HM Land Registry updates Practice Guide 19

HM Land Registry (HMLR) has updated Practice Guide 19 (PG19)—Notices, restrictions, and protection of third-party interests.

Sections 3.8 and 3.9 have been amended to detail the circumstances in which restrictions can be altered and set out the powers of the registrar in making modifications.
